The holder is made from highly durable PVC and comes with a boat mounting base. The base is secured with 4 screws.
The holder adjusts through 360° horizontally and 90° vertically.
It can be removed from its base and fitted into another base installed elsewhere. This lets you quickly move the holder with the rods to either side of the boat, provided mounting bases are installed in those positions.
