Delivery and payment

How your product reaches you

For standard parcels, we deliver through Sameday to easybox lockers and through Cargus to an address, depending on product dimensions and destination coverage. The applicable method, cost and deadline are communicated before conclusion of the contract. The configured rate for standard parcels is 20 lei. For boats, engines or trailers requiring bulky transport: 1,000 lei within Romania and 5,000 lei for eligible European destinations. These amounts include VAT. Collection from Corbu is free, with handover arranged in advance. The actual cart rate and available destinations are displayed before ordering; do not assume that every European address is eligible.

For a mixed or bulky consignment, we check transport suitability. Vehicle access, the unloading location, handling equipment and any separate charge must be agreed before the contract rather than imposed on arrival.

What to check before confirmation

• The complete address, telephone number and person receiving the product.
• Products, configurations, quantities and availability.
• The total price including applicable taxes, transport and the payment method.
• The delivery deadline and any special handover conditions.

Payment by bank transfer follows the instructions received from the store. Cash on delivery is available only when offered for the particular cart. For Alphaboat, cash on delivery is not available for products weighing over 40 kg per unit.

Preparation, delivery and delays

The applicable deadline is communicated before conclusion of the contract, depending on stock, product and destination. An estimated deadline is not presented as a guarantee of delivery on a particular day. For supplier orders or customised orders, we confirm the deadline before acceptance.

Unless we have expressly agreed a different deadline, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of conclusion of the contract. If we do not deliver on time, the consumer may request a reasonable additional period and then terminate the contract; in the cases provided by law, including refusal to deliver or a known essential deadline, termination may be immediate. Sums are reimbursed in accordance with the law.

Notify us as soon as possible if you want to correct the address. After dispatch, a change depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed. A new shipment and any charge are discussed in accordance with the law, without restricting the right of withdrawal.

What to do on receipt

Check the number of parcels and their visible condition. If you notice damage, record it and send us photographs where possible. You may refuse an obviously damaged parcel; contact us to arrange a solution. Signing for receipt does not mean waiving guarantees or rights concerning hidden defects.

For consumers, we are responsible for transport until physical possession of the goods, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier selected and commissioned separately by the consumer and not offered by us. We do not automatically transfer liability for a parcel lost by the courier to the customer.

Tracking, returns and help

For an online order, use order tracking or contact us with its reference. For a quotation, specify the model and destination.

For a change of mind, follow the return procedure. If the delivery is incorrect or the product is non-conforming, state this so that a remedy can be arranged in accordance with the law.
