Transport and straightforward operation
The engine has a built-in 1.1-litre tank and is started manually with a recoil starter. The throttle control is on the tiller, and the centrifugal clutch allows idling without driving the propeller. The propeller engages automatically as the throttle is increased.
Manoeuvring and adjustment
Steer by turning the engine; for reverse, rotate it through 180°. The tilt angle is adjusted manually in four positions. The engine uses forced-air cooling.
Choose the appropriate shaft
LCHU is the long shaft version. Before ordering, check the transom height and the boat manufacturer’s recommendation. This model has no alternator for charging an onboard battery. Dimensions and other specifications are grouped in the “Technical data” tab.
