The Honda BF2.3DH SCHU is the short shaft version of the Honda four-stroke 2.3 metric hp engine, with a dry weight of 13.5 kg.
Transport and straightforward operation
The built-in 1.1-litre tank and carrying handle form part of this model’s portable configuration. Starting is manual and the throttle is controlled from the tiller. The centrifugal clutch allows idling without driving the propeller and engages it as the throttle is increased.
Manoeuvring and adjustment
Steer by turning the engine; for reverse, rotate it through 180°. The tilt angle is adjusted manually in four positions and cooling is by forced air.
Choose the appropriate shaft
