Minn Kota Kayak Terrova 55 MR, 91cm, 12V is a bow-mounted electric trolling motor with micro remote, designed to position the boat while fishing.

Positioning while fishing

Spot-Lock uses GPS to hold position. This version uses Micro Remote; match functions and accessories to the system generation of the selected configuration.

This model’s configuration

  • Thrust: 55 lbs. Power supply: 12 V. Nominal shaft length: 91 cm.
  • For freshwater use.
  • Included control: Micro Remote. Adjustment: continuously variable.
  • No integrated sonar transducer.
  • Spot-Lock holds position using GPS; available functions depend on the remote and navigation system generation.
  • Kayak configuration with Micro Remote and a safety shut-off system. No foot pedal is included.

Select the battery and charger separately to match the system voltage. Check shaft length and mounting against the boat’s freeboard. Thrust in lbs is not a horsepower rating.

Choose the shaft and power supply

This configuration has a nominal shaft length of 91 cm. Check the distance between the mount and the waterline so that the motor remains properly submerged. Size the battery and electrical system for the model voltage and the mass of the equipped boat; thrust does not guarantee a particular speed.
