The K350 has the lightest hull of these three, the K380 has the greatest beam and highest engine power limit, and the GB360 offers a flat-bottom layout with capacity for 4 people. Your crew, layout and transport arrangements matter as much as length.

K350: 3.5 m with a 68 kg hull

The Alphaboat K350 is an open boat for 2 people, with maximum engine power of 6 metric hp (CP) and a short shaft configuration. Start here if a lighter hull is your priority. Its published equipment includes removable rowlocks and rowlock mounts, together with handles, grab rails and non-slip strips.

Hull mass is not the total transport mass. Add the engine and everything you intend to carry to the 68 kg hull figure.

K380: a wider hull and two shaft configurations

The Alphaboat K380 is 3.8 m long, has a 1.6 m beam and capacity for 3 people. Maximum engine power is 15 metric hp (CP). The model selector offers short and long shaft configurations: choose the boat configuration and engine together rather than assuming either engine fits the same transom configuration.

Compared with the K350, its hull is 17 kg heavier and 15 cm wider. The model description specifies an additional reinforcing rib between the benches and a transom support bar. These differences alone do not establish speed or handling performance.

GB360: a flat-bottom layout

The Alphaboat GB360 is 3.6 m long with a 1.3 m beam, a 75 kg hull, a flat bottom and an open interior. Published capacity is 4 people, with a short shaft engine of no more than 8 metric hp (CP).

The GB360 has a higher stated person capacity than the other two, but a narrower beam. Check person capacity, load limit and room for equipment together; the person count does not promise the same space for every crew.

Narrow down your choice

  • For 2 people and the lightest hull in this group, start with the K350.
  • For a 1.6 m beam, 3 people and an engine limit of 15 metric hp (CP), examine the K380.
  • For a flat-bottom layout and stated capacity for 4 people, examine the GB360.
